WHOLESALE ORDERS
Empire has served the wholesale market for over 15 years both in Dallas and around Texas. We bake fresh breads seven days a week. All of these breads are made slowly and carefully by highly skilled artisan bakers, many who have been with Empire for over ten years. We manufacture over 100 items. Most of our breads have over eight hours of fermentation and are complex to make. No preservatives, additives, conditioners, or enhancers are used and only small amounts of yeast or starter are needed. Time is the most important ingredient used in making our bread as it adds great flavor. While the product is very difficult to make, our years of experience provide the most consistent product for items that are hand crafted.
Orders must be placed by 9:30 am the day before delivery.
Our order minimum is $50.00 for delivery. Pick up orders have no minimum.
