1 Empire Paisano Loaf
1/2 cup good olive oil (we recommend Frantoia)
2 Tbsp C&J ‘Olive Oil Dipping Blend’
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Without cutting all the way through the bread, slice the paisano into a crosshatch of 1″ sized cubes.
Mix olive oil and seasoning and brush the loaf all over, making sure to get into all the crevices
Top with Parmesan cheese
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 350 degrees
