ABOUT EMPIRE BAKING COMPANY
Robert and Meaders Moore Ozarow started Empire in 1994. Both had a love of good food and saw a void in Dallas for European style crusty natural breads. Shortly after, creating their line of artisan breads, they created a sandwich line, using these breads, to highlight how much importance bread plays in a good sandwich. The commitment to making everything from scratch from chicken salad to chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies and blueberry muffins was and is a novelty in Dallas. With this commitment to such high quality, they also put an emphasis on a high level of service for both wholesale and retail. Comments are always welcome, as feedback leads to better products.
