Our next recipe for Father’s Day features delicious fresh avocados, accented with juicy tomatoes and sea salt stacked high on top of our sourdough bread.
Empire Sourdough, sliced and toasted to desired doneness
1 avocado, sliced or mashed
Maldon flaked sea salt
Frantoia extra virgin olive oil
Grape tomatoes, sliced (optional)
Slice or mash avocado, place on bread. Sprinkle with sea salt and top with a drizzle of olive oil and tomatoes, if using.
