We use our hearty breads to make delicious sandwiches and salads for retail purchase or for box lunch catering. Empire Baking Co. was founded in 1994 bringing Dallas these completely handmade items. We use the highest quality ingredients available including King Arthur™ flour, natural sea salt, Plugra™ butter, Boars Head™ meats, local pecans, and Callebaut™ chocolate among other things.
